1. Parties: This agreement is referred hereafter as service provider (ClockTag.com) and service client (web site, blog owners or client). 2. ClockTag.com does carry out advertising studies related to websites and companies. 3. The illicit ads of websites are not accepted. The Client is responsible for the content of the websites, not ClockTag.com. In case of determining of a situation that the content of the website is illicit after the giving ad order then the ad will be closed and no any refund will be made. 4. The Client shall accept and undertake to fulfil all the legal and punitive responsibilities which may occur from contradiction to law of the content of mentioned website. 5. ClockTag.com does pay maximum regard to the benefits of the Client, but may not be responsible for problems sourced from server (over loading, temporary closing due to technical malfunctions etc.). 6. ClockTag.com will place the advertising clock you chosen into the page of sponsor and company clocks. It provides service also to site owners who want to place the ad-clock in their websites. ClockTag.com doesn’t guarantee about displaying amount of your ad-clocks. 7. For a clock (same colour and serial number) that already has an ad, an another client may also place an ad. 8. Advertising fee is only 1 banner. 9. All rights of the Client are reserved, and he is respected to accepted and undertaken of user agreement since placing an ad.
